NHD Presentation 2024

I developed and created a project for NHD during the 2023-2024 season in the Senior Exhibit event. NHD(National History Day) is a history-focused organization for high school and middle school students, and the 2023-2024 prompt was to research a historical figure, place, or event(20< years ago) that was a turning point in history. My exhibit portrayed the impacts of the Bari Bombs, an important skirmish during World War II that greatly contributed to the development of chemotherapeutic methods, particularly for conditions involved in the over-aggression of the human immune system, often caused by over-production of white blood cells, such as lymphoma and leukemia. I placed 1st in the Central Jersey regional competition and placed top-5 in the New Jersey state competition.
