NHD Presentation 2023

I developed and created a project for NHD during the 2022-2023 season in the Senior Exhibit event. NHD(National History Day) is a history-focused organization for high school and middle school students, and the 2022-2023 prompt was to research a historical figure, place, or event(20< years ago) that was a frontier in history. My exhibit portrayed the impacts of Margaret Sanger, a trailblazing figure in women’s reproductive rights and the development of contraceptives. I placed 1st in the Central Jersey regional competition and was awarded the National Alternate(3rd place) in the New Jersey state competition.
